Jason Christopher, Founder
Jason provides leadership and vision, directing business operations, services and sales. Prior to cofounding Tech Comfort, Jason was cofounder of Questron Inc., a technology service and video production design firm for K-12 environments. In addition to his Tech Comfort duties, Jason works as a systems and intranet administrator at UC Berkeley. He earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University and M.A. from University College, London.

Rob Downes, Founder
Rob leads the development of all Tech Comfort IT solutions. As former network administrator for Blue Kite Inc., Rob led IT operations in their San Francisco office and also supported offices in Los Angeles and Zurich. Prior to Blue Kite, Rob was systems administrator for Synchronet Marine and served in the USAF for eight years as a navigation officer. Rob has a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Florida and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
